Birth can be traumatic and sometimes our babies need a little helping hand to get them tip-top. Osteoh can help with reflux/spitting up, tummy pain/constipation
flat head or head favouring, tongue tie/latch and feeding issues, or development and movement concerns. Treatment is gentle and normally only requires a couple of sessions.
ACC runs a no-fault scheme for people who are injured in an accident in New Zealand. Claims must be lodged within 12 months of your injury. ACC covers sprains/strains, fractures, dislocations, concussion & maternal birth injuries to name a few. Haley can open a claim on your behalf, saving you a trip to the doctor.
Being pregnant can cause exceptional strain on the body, especially if you have preexisting injuries. If you are noticing pelvic, low back, hip, tailbone pain, abdominal separation or bladder leakage, come and see us!
Life is busy and stressful, sometimes our bodies cannot keep up with the constant strains and demands put upon it. Do you have headaches, a sore neck or back, jaw pain, difficulty with day to day chores or do you want a general once over to check your alignment?
Adults, children & babies are charged the same rate for ACC
For maternal birth injury claims after October 1 2022.

Haley has a Masters Degree in Osteopathy. A structural osteopath who works hands-on. She enjoys a challenge and is always up to help with a difficult case. Haley is not afraid to be firm when required, so if you're wanting a good 'click' you've come to the right place.
After having her son, Haley noticed a huge void in the postnatal care of women. It is because of this Haley has completed several years of professional development and training in the pelvic health and postnatal space, to offer mums that extra support when it's needed the most. She has seen too many women suffering along with preventable and fixable issues being labeled as 'normal' after having a baby.
Most of all, she loves helping people. And if she can't get you better herself, she will refer you on to someone who can!
